Suffering is the result of our EGO’s quest to hold onto all things in life. Instead of flow and flexibility in each moment, it prefers and chooses fear, attachment and trying to control. It is not willing to accept or let go. This is the only way the EGO knows, because it operates from separation. The idea that we are separate from the whole and therefore must make sure we sustain ourselves with everything we think we need to survive and thrive, when in truth, we’ve all got our own big cake to eat from, it’s only a matter of how much we are able to let in/SEE, depending on our own limiting beliefs.
These attachments to status quo and to physical, mental and emotional constructs are like inner demons holding us trapped in a limited state, where we think we don’t have choice or that the choices will only leave us with severe and uncomfortable consequences. This is the essence of the programs to sustain the EGO, which can only survive in a polarity/duality game (the programs we operate from in the third dimensional matrix system).
